International SEO Agency & hreflang
One site, every market.
Botched hreflang is everywhere: German pages ranking in Austria with Swiss prices, English pages indexed for French queries, half the locales missing from the sitemap. We run multilingual, locale-routed sites in production ourselves — so our international SEO services are implementation, not a memo. Market strategy, URL architecture, hreflang sets that actually validate, and keyword research per market instead of translated guesses.
What we deliver
Multilingual SEO that survives a crawl.
/ 01
hreflang & canonical architecture
Complete, reciprocal hreflang sets with a correct x-default, aligned with canonicals and sitemaps. The most common international SEO defect — and the first thing we validate with a full crawl.
/ 02
Market & URL strategy
ccTLD, subfolder, or subdomain — an honest call based on your markets, authority, and budget, not on what's fashionable. Plus the rollout order: which market first, and why.
/ 03
Localization, not just translation
Keyword research per market, because people in different countries search with different words — de-AT and de-DE included. Pages get localized against real demand instead of word-for-word translation.
/ 04
Multilingual technical build
Locale routing, language switchers, per-locale sitemaps, structured data per language — implemented in the codebase, the way we build our own multilingual sites.

How we work
Diagnosis first — like everything we do.
Audit
Crawl every locale, validate every hreflang pair, and read Search Console per market: which pages rank in the wrong country, which locales Google ignores, where index bloat hides.
Architecture
URL structure, hreflang plan, canonical rules, and market sequencing — written down as one coherent system before anything changes.
Implement
In code — ourselves or alongside your developers. Routing, tags, sitemaps, localized pages against per-market keyword data.
Verify & monitor
Re-crawl, validate, then watch per-market Search Console data: wrong-country impressions falling, right-market rankings climbing.
FAQ
Questions we get a lot.
It makes one website rank correctly in several markets: the right language version for the right country, no duplicate-content collisions between locales, and pages localized against what people in each market actually search. The work is part strategy (markets, URLs), part engineering (hreflang, routing, sitemaps).
hreflang tells Google which language and country each page version targets. It fails silently: tags must be reciprocal on every page pair, cover every locale, and agree with your canonicals — one missing return tag and the set is ignored. Because nothing visibly breaks, most multilingual sites carry defective hreflang for years. A crawl shows it in an afternoon.
Usually subfolders: one domain concentrates your authority, and hreflang handles the country targeting. ccTLDs make sense with strong per-country brands and budgets to build each domain's authority separately. Subdomains are rarely the answer. We'll tell you which applies to you and, just as important, what it costs to maintain.
You can — but translated pages target the words your source language uses, not the words the new market searches. Localization starts with keyword research per market and adapts the pages to that demand. The difference between the two is often the difference between ranking and being invisible.
