The scope never stopped growing
"Minimum" became twelve features. Six months in, nothing is live and the runway is half gone.
An MVP that survives its first real users.
Custom MVP development for founders and product teams who need a working product in weeks, not a deck. We scope the smallest version that can prove the idea, build it on Next.js and TypeScript so it doesn't have to be thrown away after the seed round, and hand it over with documentation. Fixed price agreed before we start, real logged hours, and you own everything.

"Minimum" became twelve features. Six months in, nothing is live and the runway is half gone.
A no-code prototype or an offshore rush job that has to be rebuilt the moment real users show up – you pay for the product twice.
Hourly billing with no ceiling, change requests nobody agreed to, and an MVP development cost that only becomes clear at the end.
The agency keeps the repo, the hosting and the knowledge. Leaving means starting over.
/ What's different here
We cut the feature list to what proves or disproves the idea with real users. Everything else goes on a list for version two – in writing.
Next.js, TypeScript, a real database, auth, payments if needed. The MVP is the first version of the product, not a prototype you replace.
The price is in the quote before we start. Every hour is logged and visible; changes are quoted before they are built.
Handover with documentation and a walkthrough. Keep us on afterwards or take it in-house – either works.
What you get
/ 01
One or two sessions to turn the idea into a one-page spec: the user, the job, the one flow that has to work, and what is explicitly out. That page is the contract for the build.
/ 02
Screens for the core flow before code – so you can show investors and test with users while we build. Design systems, not one-off mockups.
/ 03
Next.js and TypeScript on Vercel: auth, database, the core flow, admin basics, analytics, payments via Stripe when needed. Tested, deployed, monitored.
/ 04
Go-live, first users, a short feedback loop. Then a prioritised list for version two – with an honest estimate for each item.
Diagnosis first — as with everything we do.
A call, then a one-page spec with the single flow that proves the idea. You get a fixed-price quote and a timeline against that page.
Clickable screens for the core flow within the first week or two – reviewed with you, testable with users.
Weekly clickable builds on a staging URL. You see progress, not status reports. Hours logged and visible.
Deployment, monitoring, handover with documentation. Then version two – with us or without.
Said about the studio
I cannot recommend Yuriy enough. He designs and builds beautifully and correctly, communicates clearly, and makes the work fun. If you need a high-performance website for your business — look no further.
Griffin Stewart
Co-Founder, 5DayDeal
Yuriy is by far one of the best developers I've ever worked with. Skill, ability, communication — all top notch. Best of all, he thinks above and beyond the task and recommends a better alternative when one fits.
Gary Rudd
Co-Founder, LifeLock Promo Codes
Yuriy and his team are simply the best. They take a vision and turn it into a complete work of art — every aspect of the solution completed professionally and to perfection.

FAQ
With us an MVP build starts at €9,000 fixed price for a scoped core flow with auth, database and deployment. What moves the price is integrations, payments, multi-role permissions and how much design is needed. The quote names the figure before we start, and it holds. Our hourly rate for work beyond the scope is €120.
Typically a few weeks from signed scope to first users, depending on the flow. The one-page spec fixes the timeline; the most common delay is a scope that keeps growing, which is why version-two ideas go on a list instead of into the build.
Not if it is built on a production stack from the start. We use Next.js, TypeScript and a real database, so the MVP is version one of the product. What you may rebuild later is the design or specific features – not the foundation.
Yes – several of our references are US companies, and most of our MVP work is remote. We are based in Austria, which puts us one to six hours ahead of US time zones: you get a full working day of progress before your morning.
That is often the point of the MVP. We build LLM integrations with structured outputs, retrieval over your data and evals as part of the product – see our AI integration service. We keep it to what the hypothesis needs.
You do, from the first commit. The repository, the hosting account and the documentation are yours; we work inside them. If you take the product in-house or to another team, nothing needs to be migrated.
